Meet Minh, our Senior Wedding Planner, holding a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Finance from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and Baruch College in New York, USA. While Minh began her career as a financier, her enduring passion for event planning never waned. Currently leading the team's Ho Chi Minh office, Minh provides clients with a distinctive combination of organizational prowess, logical finesse, and impeccable style, ensuring a seamless and memorable planning experience.

I'm Minh, the Senior Wedding Planner leading the Ho Chi Minh office of The F Lab.

Ever since I was a kid, I have always loved planning things. Whether it was organizing personal trips down to the hours, orchestrating student events, or crazily taking the challenge of planning my own wedding, the act of planning has always brought me immense joy and made me feel truly alive. Cliché as it may sound, it was during these moments that I found my passion.

Life continued, and I pursued studies and work in the field of finance, following the path that my degree had laid out for me. However, I've never stopped yearning for an opportunity to pursue the one thing that reflects myself the most, and so I decided to take action. One day, I texted my friend, who was one of TFL’s brides, introducing me to Chi Giang, TFL’s founder. It was a fateful encounter that changed everything. Taking a leap of faith, I joined The F Lab, and the decision felt as right and natural as falling in love.

And that's how I became a wedding planner. For me, it's not just work; it's about passion, fulfilling a lifelong dream, and sharing love with others. I've always conveyed to my brides, "I wish nothing more than for all the women in my life to experience that kind of happiness because it's an incomparable feeling." A wedding, for me, holds a significance that goes beyond measure. It's something priceless—a rare occasion in life when all your loved ones gather in one place, at one time.
