Cherishing Heritage

Huong contacted us nearly 8 months before her wedding celebration. Little did we know that she is one of the brilliant minds who work as a lawyer at The UN International Court of Justice, the Hague.  When we first met in person a few months later, we knew that only red would be the perfect pair for Huong’s traditional ceremony, that indicates her oriental beauty yet fiercely strong personality.

During our first site check we fell in love with her home, with their old charming furniture. Almost immediately, the idea of having a no-backdrop engagement came to us. Fortunately, when we proposed this seemingly-strange idea to Huong, she completely supported us. In fact, Huong told us she’d always wanted a wedding without backdrops.

Every little detail was planned & arranged meticulously, from the flower arrangement to scented sachets on the table, from the gate with hanging dark velvet to the lanterns in the side yard of the house. The ceremony was blissfully full of emotions. We can not feel fortunate enough to be Huong’s planner, witnessing all of these beautiful moments in their day.
